– Exchanges are applicable within 7 days from the date of purchase.
– The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
– Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all exchanges.
– ADS Store accepts exchanges for products that are defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item.
– Exchanges for reasons other than defects, damage, or incorrect items may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
– Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including but not limited to:
– Personalized or customized items.

– Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.
– Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
– Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.
– Our team will inspect the returned item upon receipt to verify eligibility for exchange.
– Upon approval, you can choose one of the following options:
– Exchange for the same product (subject to availability).
– Exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value, with the price difference refunded.
– Store credit for the value of the returned item.
– ADS Store will cover the cost of shipping for defective items, items damaged during transit, or incorrect items.
– For exchanges due to reasons other than defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
– If the desired replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
